Who’s got the answers?
In short – you. The answers will come from advisers, our clients and prospective clients. It’s only through working extensively with you that we’ll get close to understanding what Citizens Advice clients and advisers actually need.
Because, as individuals, the team have been involved in the digital services industry for a long time, there are some pretty good ideas of what the answers may be. But these have to be validated so we test everything with clients, prospective clients, advisers and other staff and volunteers.
